Hi, Guitarists and Parents!

You are welcome to attend any of the classes. Some of you who were Beginners this summer have been learning some chords on your own and may want to join the Chord Play class. You don't need to read music, but you should know the names of the notes on the guitar (I can help you brush up to know where "B" is on the 5th string, etc.).

Anyone wanting to take the Beginning class again is welcome. Usually about half of those who continue playing take a Do Over. It is less work the second time around when you know what you're doing.

January 29th Starbuck's Jam Night. All of you are welcome to come to the Starbuck's Jam Nights, the last Friday of the month 6:30pm-8:00pm at the Alpine Starbucks (in the Albertson's shopping center). This is open to anyone who wants to play and any instrument. We have chord sheets of our favorites. We do everything from simple (Ode to Joy) to more complicated songs. Most are beginning or intermediate. Drag a friend along--Know any drummers?
